Taice was great. She gave me exactly what I needed and was very quick in getting set up with service. What stood out most is she double checked to make sure Chatr service worked on my phone prior to selling me the service. Great experience so far with Chatr.

I'd like to share how great and fabulous the service that I got from the store rep named Penny...whoever's owns this place...sir...ma'am..she's a jewel.. give her a raise and have her manage other stores too... she's quick and decisive in offering the best customer service of all places that I have ever been...Penny...keep up the great work!!!

I've recently visited this location last week and this is the best location I've ever been to. Penny answered all my questions and helped me choosing the super saving plan for me. The whole account activation process is quite smooth and efficient. She even assisted me setting up my new iPhone. I will highly recommend Penny to any of my friends who's seeking for a cell phone plan!!
