After going to several places to take the baby passport photo, we finally came to Henry's. Shawn was really nice and helpful, and the experience was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. David at the Thornhill location went well above and beyond to make my purchase of a used DSLR as smooth as possible. Extremely informative and helpful through the whole process, and I am more than happy to return here for future business. Thanks again David!

Had a very pleasant experience at this location after a horrible one at the Woodbridge location. Associate Jeff greeted and helped us and was fantastic the entire time, you can definitely see his passion for the business. We were looking for a camera bag and he provided a bunch of recommendations, and also provided a fantastic recommendation on a tripod. He did not over sell and choose a cost efficient one based on our needs. We were very impressed by his sincerity and patience. We will definitely be returning in the future to pick up a lens.
