EB Games

This location is one of the best - the representative Bianca (I may have misheard her name) was amazing. She was patient with me, and logged in well over 20 pre-orders without hesitation. I actually went in to only buy 1 product, but after suggesting I look into the pre-orders, I realized there were a lot more items I wanted to order. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and even offered to keep my information on the side on the off chance they received items I may be interested in. Great experiences here overall, just wish it was a bit bigger to accommodate for more items.

I’ve been going to this EB games for a very long time now. I can honestly say, I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff are always willing to help and will give you all the info they can to the best of their knowledge. I had one staff member go out of his way to actually make sure I walked out of the store with the correct info.
I will continue shopping at this location.

Always good stuff, something on sale, something good for trade. En general good price. I will back for sure.

This has become my favorite EB games store around. But truly because of recieving the best customer service that I have EVER had regarding the best possible outcome on savings, and deals from Bianca. Bianca is super kind, very informative and she really sets the store vibe without feeling any pressure. She definitely gets what it's like being in the customers shoes.

Not a bad location. There is good customer service and reasonably priced games. However, the store is very cramped, and they card you when buying Mature games (this is the first time I have seen it happen, and I have been to at least 5 EB locations). Still pretty good overall.
