Main Event Music

I had the pleasure of working with Main Event for my recent wedding. They were absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them. From start to finish, Main Event was a pleasure to work with. Their team was extremely professional and the band was phenomenal. The band is so talented and really engaged my guests, often coming down onto the dance floor to sing or play. Many of my guests asked me about them and told me they were the best live band they had ever seen at a wedding. You will not regret working with them!!

My husband and I used Main Event Music for our wedding and could not be happier. We had booked a 7-piece band in addition to a DJ, who played during our ceremony and cocktail hour as well. It has been a month since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments from our guests on how amazing the music was.

The musicians were fantastic, each one better than the next. The horn players were interactive and the saxophonist got right in the crowd. Both vocalists were incredibly talented - so much so that our guests asked for an encore (to which the band obliged) and it was my favourite set of the night.

My husband and I are also appreciative of the whole team at Main Event music prior to the wedding. Everything from our initial meeting to follow up phone calls were handled promptly, with patience, and professionally. We are grateful to their insight that was provided based on their experience and our wishes. Thanks again for making our wedding a memorable night!

Main Event Music was fantastic to work with! The entire process was seamless and stress free. The team guided us in selecting music and ensured that our preferences and hopes for our wedding day were at the centre of everything. The day of, the band was incredible! There was constant energy and every song filled the dance floor. The band’s repertoire includes so many different styles of music and their talent is through the roof. The band played our Jewish music requests as well during portions of the evening. We are so grateful to the Main Event Music team for adding so much joy and fun to our wedding!

In this past week since our wedding, we have received so many messages from our friends and family about how amazing the band was, especially when they came out into the dance floor. You made the process so easy for us, especially in the week leading up. The call we had with Marc also gave us great comfort heading into the wedding. He read the room so well, and every song choice was perfect and great for all ages and had everyone dancing. Thank you again for everything, our wedding would not have been the same without you!!

We used the Universal Boogie Band for our wedding and they were AMAZING. The whole team is incredible. Shawna is so responsive and just so patient when discussing all the details. UBB truly customized the set list to our style and the band members are just insanely talented. Our guests were so impressed with how great the band was and I could not recommend them enough.
