Rogers

This was my first time walking into this store and I wasn't expecting good customer service just like the other negative Google reviews. However after dealing with Reese (Sales associate) it changed my point of view. Reese was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient (even when the store was closing) told us to take our time in store. Thank you for a pleasant experience we had our problem solved and walked out a happy customer. 5-stars for Reese!

While I give this store 3 stars because it is always grossly under staffed ( fix this Rogers) I have to rate your employee Romil 6/5 stars. I watched him balance 4 clients at once ( keep in mind due to short staffing he really shouldn’t have to). I was impatient and he was still smiling and kind, and helped me as quickly as possible. Do everything you can to keep this asset to your team on your staff, because he is an exceptional worker.

Amazing boxing Day deals. Expertly helped by Niaaz who took care of everything. They put on cartoons for my daughter to watch while we got the account set up. It was busy but they were a relaxed group of staff who made a time consuming process very pleasant. A word of unsolicited advice, these customer service people aren't responsible for the problems that Rogers may have as a telecommunications company. They are doing their best to help meet your needs. But if you were wrongly charged, or are having trouble with your service, yelling at these young people isn't going to help. They will absolutely do what is in their limited power to help you. Cheers.
