Conor, the technician, had a great attitude and professionalism. He contacted his supervisor when we encountered an unexpected problem. He then advised me on a plan to finish the job quickly and that was fair in price. I would definitely be calling Plumber Emergency in the future for their services.

Waqas arrived on time, and immediately assessed the situation. He offered me a couple of replacement options. I am very happy with the new faucet and the work done. And I really appreciate that the work is warrantied, and so is the faucet! THANK YOU, WAQAS!!
(February 7, 2023, 5:32 pm)Bruce was professional and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen faucet and PVC pipes. He patiently explained how the defects occurred, showed us the corroded pipes and how to take preventative measures for the future. He was also kind enough to clean up the water from our leaky pipes. A+ all around, will definitely call again but hopefully not too soon.
(February 7, 2023, 1:25 pm)Superior service! I called about a leak, and someone came right away. The service person acquired the part we needed and installed it the same day. I waited a week before writing this review to make sure that it stayed fixed--it did. These people are very nice, very efficient, and very good at what they do. I couldn't be more pleased, and I give them the highest possible recommendation!
One year later I had another problem. Again someone came right away and fixed the problem completely. I wish I could giv e this company more than five stars!
Once again I found myself in need of plumbing services, and once again I got outstanding service from Plumber Emergency. I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I'd give them a whole galaxy!
