I stayed for 15 nights and Lucy was super nice and upgraded my room with queen bed and own bath - really neat and she is super nice really great host. The area is clean and provides such a nice bed! She even upgraded the kitchen. Anyone who wants to stay I recommend you keep everything in good condition for the next person

Best room with helpful host. I extend my stay because I liked the area so much. The subway and many restaurants are very close to walk to. The English lessons helped me very much with the tutoring. The quiet of the house is perfect for studying. The host even helped me with York University application. This is better than hotel.

The host is kind, accommodating, and a great conversationalist. The place is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. TTC Finch West subway station, Walmart, and York University are all within walking distance from here.

We stayed in 65, leitch Ave for 2 weeks. 700 m walkable to subway. House is clean and had a very good kitchen. We used to cook every day in those 2 weeks. Host Lucy was friendly to us and always helped whenever required. Walmart super centre was 1 km away. Only negative i would say is walls are too weak and we could hear all the sounds from nearby rooms / u cant talk normally during nights since neighbor rooms will hear and asks us to stay quiet.
