I stayed at Element Building with DelSuites. It was a wonderful experience. The apartments are centrally located and at stone's throw from Union Station, CN tower and Harbor front. I would like to acknowledge the staff member Shirley Lam who found me this beautiful accommodation taking care of all requirements. I'll stay only with DelSuites once I return to Toronto.
My husband received a transplant at the Toronto General Hospital and I had to stay for a month in Toronto. The apartment at the Del Suites on Gerrard St. was perfect for me while he recovered. The location allowed me to walk to the hospital regularly and all amenities were close by.
My first stay in Toronto was with Delsuites and I must say my partner and I had a wonderful time. Our dog was having some anxiety getting used to her new environment and the Delsuites team (especially Julianne) went out of their way bringing her toys and gifts. I had mentioned we were looking forward to check out the CN Tower and the next thing I know, they got us a dinner and skywalk pass as a gift. Wonderful service with a fantastic location at the core of downtown Toronto. I highly recommend them.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Meridian with DelSuites. I agree that Meridian is a nice building in a really good location. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We may mention that Anna, the housekeeping lady, was always kind, helpful and hard-working. We were very satisfied with the service. I also would like to thank you for your professionalism during our stay. Problems can happen but how you approach them makes the difference. You and other DelSuites people have always been courteous and helpful. Hence, our concerns have always been resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.
