Had to wait about 15 mins before my appointment started & a bit rough on my gums. They didn’t give me a to-go bag like other dentists do, if that matters to you.”

“Pretty wonderful experience overall. Excellent dental technician Jun, she is works gently but does a great cleaning job. Rita wonderful attitude , and very professional. Unlike other offices they don't seem to overbook. And they work until the job is done. Parking on the rear street is easy its a Green P. The office is clean and modern. I feel well attended to and they answer my questions, regarding my oral health. I will continue to use them. There costs seem in line with Industry standards. I give them 5 stars. Glenn C”

“I really enjoyed my visit here. I decided to give this dentistry a try as it’s new and close by. They have another location on Lakeshore with a handful of great reviews which made me confident in booking an appointment at their new location. I had awful experiences with my previous dentist due to lack of professionalism, transparency, insurance issues and ruining my smile. Dr. Joo and his team Kamile and Chow did not disappoint. - His team were very transparent with all the costs, analyzed and thoroughly examined my X-rays with me and explained the areas of my teeth/smile that require some work. - They really took the time to listen to me about the areas of my teeth that I’m concerned with. My feelings feel validated here and I feel greatly informed when Dr. Joo provides me with his medical opinion on what is necessary to fix vs not. - I really enjoy that they have a treatment coordinator to discuss my future appointments for fillings. They’re not too pushy and understands my reasons for not wanting certain work done. Nonetheless, I felt super organized and well informed of my treatment. - They bill directly to my insurance which makes it super easy for me. - Bonus points for a clean office and friendly yet professional staff.”

“I got two fillings as well as got two wisdom teeth extracted. The two fillings were okay. I was told the sensitivity will last for a few days after the treatment but it is lasting me more than a month which I don't feel too comfortable about... but the extraction was perfect. The doctor made sure I felt no pain in the process and after the process. I only needed to take 1 pain killer tablet on the day of and didn't need to take it. The dental assistant held my hand during the process seeing that I was getting really scared and nervous. The front desk person also called me the day after to check in which I thought was a very kind gesture. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service and already recommended my friends!”

“Dr. Chang is sincere, gentle, thorough and has excellent manners. He listens and answers until you are satisfied. He is not after money, which is so rare these days. I asked about a few treatment options but he told me it would not ensure a cure and was not needed this early. I felt I was in safe hands and could trust him. I never feel uncomfortable at his clinic. I can not recommend him enough.”
