Inspirational restaurant/shop for a different take than your typical seafood. The omakase was an amazing experience - delicious food in an intimate setting where you can see them work and learn more about the whole operation. Everyone is so approachable and friendly. Hope to be back soon.

Jon and Matt are amazing. They are respectful of food sources and all the hardworking people involved. A must visit fish shop. Hopefully you can snag a spot at their special dinners to see them in action and enjoy their food!
