We ended up choosing the Meile C1 cat & dog model as the best balance of value and quality. Very happy with the choice - quiet and powerful. A year later during the pandemic, we needed bags and the owner arranged to meet us at the door for curb side pickup. Excellent, personalized customer service.

Called him, he told what day and time he was around. Showed up and was good to his word and not closed early.
