I've used this place for repairs for more years than I can remember and it's always amazing! Quick turnaround. Excellent quality of repairs. Reasonable prices. Love them!

The owner was very knowledgeable and gave us the pros and cons of several different vacuums - no rush and no pressure. We ended up choosing the Meile C1 cat & dog model as the best balance of value and quality. Very happy with the choice - quiet and powerful. A year later during the pandemic, we needed bags and the owner arranged to meet us at the door for curb side pickup. Excellent, personalized customer service.

I needed a part for an older vacuum and he had it in stock.

Called him, he told what day and time he was around. Showed up and was good to his word and not closed early.

Professional, great price, friendly. I will be back.
