She had wanted to know why I had bought a CHATR phone and why I was in a Freedom Mobile store. Because it was cheaper! Still like you guys! Still like Freedom.

I had the BEST experience here with a representative called Saleh I think. I went here before Christmas, and wanted to get a phone on top of my Freedom SIM.

My situation was somewhat special, but the representative really put time to tell me all my options. It was at the end of that day too, but he stayed and explained a promotion to me that I haven't read online. He didn't have the phone I wanted at the store, so I ended up purchasing my phone from Victoria Park's branch with the promotion he told me about. He really saved the day.

The customer service was amazing. Kian helped me get a new SIM card and also helped me charge my new phone since it was out of battery. Best service

I am able to pay my bill at this store with no problems the employee who was on shift was a decent guy (Anoop?) Not sure if thats his name.
