It was such a relief to have Dr. McGowan and her vet tech come to my home to remove my extremely anxious cat's infected ingrown nail (I'm so sorry that I have forgotten your name, I was very impressed with how confidently you were able to hold and gently control her during the extraction, which she was NOT willing to cooperate for). She was formerly traumatized by her last vet visit, with a lot of loud barking dogs, and I was dreading having to put her through that again - and this solution was better than I could have expected. They were both gentle and compassionate, and were able to speedily take care of her and provide antibiotics. I will only ask for house calls from now on, thank you Dr. J

Fast response to my text. Dr. McGowan was able to come that night when I explained what was going on with my dog. Definitely a better option than waiting hours on end at the emergency vet clinic. Will use her services again should that time come.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. McGowan. When my elderly dog Zoe was in distress, Dr. McGowan went above and beyond the call-of-duty to provide an emergency late-night house call during a long weekend. Dr. McGowan and her team were compassionate and professional. Zoe passed away peacefully under their excellent care when we all came to the conclusion that it was the best for Zoe. Highly recommended.
