(January 8, 2019, 4:03 pm)I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. Dr Scalzo and Dr Hannah have taken such wonderful care of my two cats. Their staff are always friendly and respond immediately to any questions or concerns that I have. I've had a few emergencies with one of my cats, and I always feel like he's given the best care! I would highly recommend them!!
(December 15, 2018, 3:04 am)This review is 12 years overdue but after stumbling upon some of these negative reviews I was shocked that their talking about the same office . In all these years Ive been taking my cat here I’ve always been treated with respect and my animal has always been cared for in The most loving way. I never felt pressured into buying any of their products, and I feel Dr. Hannah Has been very conservative in her treatment planning and has never prescribed anything to my cat that was not needed. I never felt rushed during a appt and always left with all my questions answered and staff are amazing. Honestly Reasonable prices, very clean office and I noticed they are always updating their clinic with new technology to Better provide the best care for their patients for example they now have a separate cat only area. I have recommended them to my friends and they also have had great experiences there.
In regards to one of the reviews here saying they were quoted a big amount for dental and told a lower amount elsewhere as someone who has had their cat go through this procedure twice i appreciated being given a higher estimate so I can better prepare myself for a worst case scenario vs being given a low amount and be surprised later and both times the fees were lower than expected at the end
Hope this review helps someone be put at ease honestly try them they are great vets .
(December 6, 2018, 5:58 pm)I have been taking my cat to this vet for just over 5 years now. The quality of service is amazing, the staff is super friendly and informative. I've even left our cat overnight during an operation and felt completely safe in their care.

The clinic is especially cat friendly, and very well equipped.
Overall, I can't recommend St. Clair highly enough - if you're looking for the best vet in Toronto, this is it!
