The staff is very friendly, and very helpful, the aesthetic is super cute, and the paraphernalia matches that aesthetic which is neat and keeps things in the store feeling very on brand. Aaaand they sell fun products that I enjoy and my dog likes getting treats when we stop in, so that might help with the consistently positive experiences?

Nicely laid out store. I had seen an accessory listed on their website and I went across town to go in to buy it as a gift but they had incorrectly posted the wrong model of the item so they didn't have what their website claimed they had in stock (they didn't have the particular model at all). I recommend one calls in advance and asks a lot of questions before going in to this store because I don't know how knowledgeable they are about their products... Might have been an honest mistake and maybe they'll get better as this relatively new market and sector matures but until then don't go in to them relying on their knowledge & recommendations of their products

I went in looking for recommendations and these guys know their stuff! I smoke regularly and walked in looking for something new. One of their employees recommended the Freshly Baked #76 from Ogen and the MAC 1 from Carmel. They also took the time to educate me about terpenes and how they play a role in producing a stronger high! Needless to say the recommendations achieved the necessary effect I was chasing in that I was able to blast into the stratosphere. Thanks guys!

Incredible place!

I used to frequent Huneypot down the street but they are slow, uninformed and make you feel like you're wasting their time. Ever since Belle opened I've been visiting and it's hands down the best customer service and the purchasing of my order is always so quick and efficient that I find the small talk is what ends up being the majority of my visit (I enjoy making small chat).

Excellent place and the owner is doing a great job. I just visited on their official grand opening and they were 11/10 awesome in providing treats and swag. I'd recommend this place!
