  They have amazing service and selection here. Helped me to pick out a large house plant. And then carried it to my car.

  Very professional and mostly very excellent customer service. I never had to pick up or carry a single product myself and was assisted taking and loading everything to and into my car. Staff were all pleasant and quickly able to locate and recommend several products for me. I feel a little nit-picky to add this, but I felt the service was so fast that I felt rushed in and out (perhaps this is what their regulars are looking for). As a someone who was there for their first time and not in any rush... I left feeling.. A bit rushed. I didn't even end up looking around the store. But again, perhaps that's what the majority of their customers want. I was also surprised that a store I consider to be one of the highest end landscaping and gardening businesses in the city wasn't more knowledgeable or helpful in my search for a slightly more obscure product (ground tree fern root - part of recipe when you create Atlantic Botanical Garden or "ABG" mix yourself). Two different people didn't seem to have even heard of it, and I wasn't recommended alternative locations, or having it ordered in - one person recommended buying it from the internet. I realize it's more obscure, but did expect a place like Sheridan to at least know about it or help me locate some. In the future, I would probably go to a lower end garden centre for my needs as the service of having things carried wasn't worth the cost for me as a lower income person. But, don't let that deter you. If it's high level of service, and beautiful products and plants you're looking for with the fastest/service oriented experience - you should come here. *edit, upgraded* to 5 stars for Sheridan reaching out to me, contacting the store nearest to me, and having them try to source the product for me. Above and beyond service.

  The people there are amazing and helpful. This is the time of the year I plan my Garden. Sheridan Nurseries is the place for the plants, the soil, and the fertilizers. Yes I do get the occasional stuff from Canadian Tire or Longo's seasonal departments but Sheridan Nurseries is the place.

  This nursery is great. People who work there know and love what they do. They always answer my questions either it is about seasonal plants or orchids and exotic plants.
