Air conditioning system off and a window has a slammed portion opened up to provide cooling...here's their message when I asked about the heat..The A/C function has been switched off for the season by the building. As such, the suite only has the heating option available.
We recommend you turn off the thermostat entirely to allow for the temperature to drop.
