We had a great experience working with Revolution Realty on our recent condo purchase. The team brought extensive knowledge of the downtown Toronto market, a targeted investor strategy designed to meet our goals and full service support to find our new tenant. Throughout the entire experience, Jonathan spent time not only showing us properties that aligned to our strategy, he guided us step by step through the process so we were informed, educated and knew what to expect. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again or recommend Revolution Realty to our friends and family.

Many people take a dim view of the real estate agent model. i.e. do I really need one? how hard is it anyway? it's just a straightforward transaction, right? the listings are all online so do I really need one?

Much of this thinking emanates from a combination of ignorance and/or bad experiences that offers some justification. Working with Jonathan and his team at Revolution though will disabuse you of this notion pretty quick, particular in a crazy housing market like central Toronto where every event has plenty of hidden subtext.

From getting is into see properties before they were listed and detailed neighbourhood analysis through to psychological profiles of the bargaining actors and the nuances of housing infrastructure, Jonathan may be a mile wide but he's got the depth you need to inform a 360 view of a transaction.

Municipal bylaws, real estate law, tax, vendor selection, schools...all factor into the price and negotiation which is a speciality in itself. When you are making what may be the biggest purchase of your life, you don't want to do it by the seat of your pants. Jonathan I was relieved to learn first hand has you covered in ways you may not even conceive for there are many variables to consider.

By the time it was all said and done and we had closed on our house in a multi bidder situation (after having seen at least a dozen other properties we deliberated over), I could see that if we ran the counterfactuals we wouldn't have pulled it off without Jonathan's involvement.

I can't imagine buying a house without Jonathan's help and can't recommend him highly enough.
