Hi, I live in East York and have used these guys several times (air conditioning minor repair, furnace repair and then later on furnace replacement - it was +/-30 years old). I have no complaints at all. Every time they serviced my home they are very professional, kind and knowledgably. We bought our house with a really old furnace and a few years ago when it finally broke down they came and installed one right away (off business hours). We had a new born baby at the time and really appreciated their service and timely response. They made me and my family their priority at the time and I'm sure they were super busy too because there had just been an intense snow storm from what I recall.

There was a minor issue with our furnace after it was installed, but I called them right away and they came and fixed it free of charge given the warranty (I can't remember how many years the warranty was).

Our furnace died. Of three calls put out to vendors, Sunnyside replied fastest, the tech was at our house inside two hours and the furnace was humming like new (because it was new) within 36 hours of the original call. That is a stellar experience.
