I recently discovered Unchained Athletics at The Krate and have been impressed with the inclusive atmosphere, dedicated trainers and challenging workouts. It is my "go to" gym now since I live so close by. I would recommend giving their classes a try, especially the Athlete, Boxing and MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) classes! You will work up a sweat with Eddy or Trevis!!
