I started with Alwynn during the pandemic. I have a previous lower back injury/am very injury prone so am extremely cautious around the classes I join and instructor style. Alwynn has always is very mindful of my needs not just with the injuries but I love that she checks in at the start of every class what my need is for the day. I so appreciate how attentive she is during classes. Her style is a huge strength with a combination of flow to improve mobility and strength training. I have certainly noticed the difference in form, strength and mobility! I also appreciate how receptive she is to feedback and not only that- tailors the classes keeping in mind specific requests. I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful trainer and cannot recommend her enough!
Alwynn has not only transformed my body, but she's helped me find mental clarity and joy in movement while respecting the boundaries of my body. I've tried most types of classes, but nothing compares to the one on one attention I get with Alwynn. I feel myself grow stronger every time we meet and I can say my body has never felt or looked better than when I've consistently had sessions with her. So grateful.
I came to Tmotion for private instruction to fine tune my Pilates movement. Alwynn is an exceptional teacher. Her encouraging but calm demeanor empowers you to trust yourself and reach your full body potential. It's refreshing to leave your hour spent feeling mindfully and physically better than you did when you arrived.
I truly love these classes! The instructor Alwynn does a great job at describing the movements in such a way that you don’t even need to watch the screen, you know exactly how your body should move! The classes provide a variety of different movements that will suite any experience level. A great workout, and a welcoming and fun community!
If you like to move, Tmotion is for you. Alwynn's classes are spectacularly paced, well informed and so personal and accessible. Her skill allows for tiered movement so modifications allow for many options depending on your ability/energy that particular day. I think voice is important in movement classes and I could listen to her guide me on how to move for hours.
I think her classes are for regular folks and athletes alike. The classes are about movement, not performance and I learn so much about how I move and what's going on in my body through her.
