Let me share my experience with this place and address some points from a client’s standpoint.

If you do not care much about what is going on with your immigration matter as long as your representative gets the job done by contacting you as little as possible, you may be in the wrong place. You do not have to read this. Conversely, if you are somewhat picky and inquisitive about what is going on with your case like me, you are in the right place.

Firstly, the founder of this place, Juhee Yang, a licensed paralegal, is very attentive and strategic. She listens to your case very carefully and analyzes it to find the best route to achieve your goal in a tactical way.

Secondly, she is very reliable and up to date. I have witnessed that not a few representatives do not care about minor details on their clients’ applications as long as the details do not heavily affect the results. That being said, she is very far-sighted and advises what can happen to your PR application in the future once you mess up your application due to reckless mistakes. Besides this, she is very up to date when it comes to the immigration laws as well as your immigration status updates. I have even received an email from her saying my status has changed on the weekend late at night. It was pretty impressive. If you are very curious and want to keep updated on your case as soon as possible. She will be the very representative you need.

Lastly, she is super honest. If you are looking for a person who makes everything possible under any circumstances, I suggest finding another one. In other words, there are hundreds of programs out there for foreign nationals to apply for PR; however, a few and very specific programs might apply to your situation, and hence cannot opt to apply under some random categories. She rather informs you of the feasible ways only, not unworkable routes. I understand you might feel better when someone tells you that you might be eligible for some particular program; however, you would be frustrated after realizing that you were actually not qualified. I don’t think gambling on the immigration matter is a good idea, so I personally prefer to be realistic.

Yeah, these are my opinion while having hired her as my representative. I was very satisfied especially with the points I mentioned above, and I became a permeant resident of Canada early this year thanks to her.
