Extremely professional

I used to use a personal accountant for my business, and personal taxes, but he retired last year and I was left searching for a replacement. I first saw Liberty Tax Service on Danforth when I had dropped my car off at the carwash across the street. I had time to kill and thought I would go in and talk to whoever was there.

When I walked in, I was greeted by Gerry, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was asking lots of questions and I could see in his eyes that he didn’t think for a second that I would ever be hiring him for any services, but he helped me anyways and gave me a lot of great advice that I could have used to basically do my taxes on my own.

However, due to some complexity with my personal business, I decided to use a professional. I shopped around, read reviews, and just wasn’t able to find anyone I felt I could trust. So without a single review online for Liberty Tax Service, I decided to give Gerry a chance. I was NOT disappointed! He found a large amount of tax savings that I had missed and I ended up saving a lot more than I thought I would have!

A few weeks later, I went back and had him also do my personal taxes! Again, I was impressed by his knowledge of the tax system and he made everything easy for me to understand. It might have cost some money to hire Gerry, but in the end that small amount saved me thousands!
