Definitely recommend this builder if you're looking for a new home. Everyone of my issues regarding my new home were attended to. Comparing some of the service I've seen other from builders, it could take months before you hear a response. Thank you for building my first dream home.

Great developer. I've had the pleasure of working with Marnie, Deniz and Joe, on multiple occasions, who have all been professional and courteous from the start. They have always addressed any and all concerns quickly and efficiently. It's been over 2 years since we bought our home and I still receive the same awesome service from them today as we did when we first moved in. They don't forget about you. As for build quality, I approve! There hasn't been any major issue. Overall, we are happy with our home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone!

My husband and I have worked with many builders prior to purchasing a home with Acorn Developments. Unfortunately, the experiences have been extremely poor, lack of communication and transparency. Hence, we were hesitant to buy another home from a builder. Our experience with Acorn has been totally different, it's been great and their staff are super friendly and efficient. They respond quickly, very professional and they get it done. I rarely ever give reviews but Marnie, Deniz and the Acorn team have gone above and beyond!
