We live in a M&R building, had nothing but great interactions with our landlords and other tenants. Clean building and well maintained.
Location is good but very hard to find a vacant unit to rent! I am not a tenant I am looking for the apartment! Everytime I am sending them an email before the firat day of month they scheduling me for the next week and then cancel my appointment and telling that the unit rented!
745 York Mills is a beautifully maintained building. The superintendents Gladys and Levi are great! I've lived here one year and am very happy with how quickly things are taken care of...a very clean building with lovely manicured grounds☺
