I just bought a Beam model 377 with air package from Ted. He is amazing. He offered very good price and prompt service. He sent technician to install the next day after I confirmed my order. Ted is awesome! He takes the time to explain (and re-explain) what is wrong with my vacuum. He also doesn't try to rip you off. With his thorough explanation I was able to save a lot of money. Also the best part is the he is also certified.
