King's Vegetarian Food

It's not a large shop but they have a good variety of vegan and vegetarian items, especially frozen items like mock meats, seafood and dumplings. The lady working here is friendly and informative and provided information on how to best prepare the items I purchased. I tried some of the items later the same day and was pleased with them.

Quite the selection of vegetarian food items both frozen and on shelves. I enjoyed browsing the variety. Much less options after the pandemic but still a great place to stop

Great place to get veggie / vegan friendly meats. Customer service is very friendly and helpful when trying to find items. Would recommend going here.

I first bought their Chinese vegetarian "mixed platter" from T&T supermarket when they had a demo and display on weekends only. The taste of their "Jai" was really tasty ( as compared to a lot of other places that I have tried).

After Covid, there were no more displays and I was happy to have found their retail store tucked away in Scarborough.

However, you'll have to buy bulk sizes of the frozen "Jai" rather than mixed platters.

They also carry a good selection of other frozen vegetarian food for other cultures.

The owner is ALWAYS friendly, and very helpful!!!👍🏾
