Been coming here for years with my wife. Love the ginseng oolong, mountain oolong, cloud and mist green tea and the variety of jasmine teas. Always great!

My husband and I are frequent customers of Fanny's store. We'd come here to buy HK milk tea leaves whenever our supply runs low. Whenever we come, we are always treated with respect and kindness. We like to buy from this store not only because we enjoy their tea, but we appreciate the personal touch of a friendly neighbourhood small business.

I live in SF. I come here to get our tea whenever my wife and I visit my inlaws in Toronto. The quality is definitely much better than we have in US and reasonable price. The store is very old style setting, but it has so many teas you can choose. I like the tea owner and she is very patient to explain to us all the tea. She does not do upsell gimmick and we don't feel the pressure that we need to get the tea we are not sure.

Came into the store to purchase tea leaves for use as wedding favours. The owner was very patient going over the options for us, and was helpful in recommending what type of tea and how to package. Prices were very reasonable and lots of teas to choose from!
