Professional service and knowledgable staff. They checked my hammer drill to see if it was worth the repair. Called me back to let me know that it is was not. Didn't charge for the labour.

Had a malfunction with my Milwaukee power tool. Called 5 places that the Milwaukee site listed as their "official" repair stores. This was my 5th call (in order as listed on the site) the others were out of business or no longer serviced this brand.

I was in and out within I less than 4 minutes with a fixed tool. They were very helpful, honest & even showed me what was wrong and gave me tips on how to not have it happen again.

When I called to see if they serviced Milwaukee they said yes & were very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone & would take the 25 minute drive again if I ever need assistance with a tool.

Best part besides the honest quick service, they did not charge me for the repair.

I was all worried I was going to have to shell out $85 to fix it or buy a new tool, and they said no charge :)

Made my day!!! I have faith in people again as most places would have probably charged me the minimum rate for just walking in the door!
