I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I received from this company. I have their luxury vinyl flooring throughout my home. I had a damaged section from improper installation by builder. The flooring was discontinued and Nowhere to be found in stores. I contacted Quickstyle and had an immediate response from Jessica, their customer service team leader. She informed me their warehouse had only one open box with two missing planks and would ship it to me free of charge.
Thank You Jessica for the phenomenal service you and your company offered me. My floor wouldn’t have been able to be repaired without the planks you shipped.
