I have being working out with Tyson twice a week for 6 months at his Alliance St. location. He has a wonderful personality and is a very engaging and encouraging instructor. He pushes you to the limit he feels appropriate for your age and fitness level. The one on one instruction is great as he is able to correct your form where necessary. I highly recommend Tyson to anyone looking to improve their fitness and health.
I always look forward to working out with Tyson. He is friendly, knowledgeable and super encouraging. I’ve only ever done home workouts before and needed help with getting into lifting/strength training. His workouts are efficient and catered to your goals. I would recommend him to anybody, no matter your fitness level!
Tyson has done a few virtual boot camp classes for my colleagues and we really enjoy them! It is a great work out with lots of variety. Tyson also provides many variations for each exercise so that everyone can participate!
Tyson is a solid trainer. His one-on-one fitness training is focused on driving results that are meaningful to you. He keeps you accountable and is always on top of where you are in your fitness routine to always strive for more each session. Highly recommended A+++
Tyson is an amazing instructor. I am someone who barely ever exercised but he made the transition into being active as a beginner really smooth. He always offer easier alternatives to each exercise so you can pick the best pace for yourself. He also corrects you form and makes sure you don’t accidentally injure yourself. Every bootcamp is a bit unique with different types of exercises and has helped me a lot in building stamina and muscle. Definitely recommend Tyson!!
