  My 10 year old son who plays high level competitive hockey injured some muscles during a game. Taking him to Activation Physiotherapy really gave me peace of mind and confidence in knowing when he would be able to practice and play hockey again. Bringing him back too early could be dangerous especially since my son really wanted to get back on the ice with his friends and team mates. I would have never know how serious his injury was and would have definitely brought him back too early if I hadn't brought him to Activation Physio for an assessment.
  
  Jung Kim who is also an avid hockey player really helped us to understand the nature of the injury and his knowledge of sport and hockey gave us a lot of assurance that we were in good hands. The treatment we received was excellent and he was great in explaining to us and my 10 yr old son every step of the way to full recovery! We couldn't be happier with our experience there and recommend Activation Physiotherapy to all the hockey moms and dads in the GTA!

  I got injured at my dojo training about 2 weeks ago. I couldn't walk and was in a lot of pain. I wasn't able to go to work & was hopping on one leg. One of my best friends took me to see Jung Kim & after 3 sessions I was able to walk pain free! I got very lucky with Jung, he knows what he's doing and he's close by via location & his services are mobile too. Jung Kim has vast knowledge in his area of expertise & I'm confident in his work ethics.

  I am a chronic pain sufferer. Pain sucks the joy out if my daily life. And for years l have been going to countless physiotherapists for my pain, not only it didn't help but my pain progresses. Until l found Jung!!! I found Jung from googling for a physiotherapist. Jung not only very professional, he CARES!! He helps reduces my pain sufferings. I have introduced Jung to my friends and family members to treat them for their physical pains. We love and trust his techniques Jung is amazing; he truly us my guardian angel ????.   Starting physiotherapy after a knee injury from figure skating, I was very worried about my recovery and return to sport. However, Jung was immensely helpful in all phases of my healing, recovery, and return to sport. He has helped me build back my strength and flexibility, while being extremely understanding, efficient, caring, and diligent in ensuring I get the best treatment possible. I would highly recommend Jung and Activation Physiotherapy to anybody looking for quality physiotherapy services.

  Jung Kim is amazing!!! I’ve tried countless of physiotherapists and he’s the only one who’s been able to help heal my ankle. He is very experienced and actually tells you about all the tendons/ muscles in your body while he’s helping heal your injury. Not only that but he also provides exercises and stretches to do post-session! If you forget you can just ask contact him and he’s more than happy to help. He is so easy to talk to and very educated in his field. So happy to have found him and I would definitely recommend him to everyone!
