Very good customer service. The guy on the phone spent the time to research which deck had available had 6 rca ports in the back for my 5 channel car system. He even took my number and called me back! He found one unfortunately their location didnt have it in stock but they found another location that did and I went right away to go get it!

I purchased a cell phone there once and they had me in the store for over 3 hours (evening, no other customers), because they did not know what they were doing with cell phone company set up. Their electronics selection is much better than Best Buy, especially their sound systems.
