The team at Cloud 9 AV Inc. did an outstanding job solving our home Wifi issues! They installed access points using the Araknis WiFi system with OvrC. C9AV did the job quickly and professionally the first time and everything now works well!

The Wifi that was installed previously was very difficult to work with, it didn’t reach to the front of the house and had weak signals in general. When we started social distancing, doing anything on the wifi seemed like an insurmountable task.

After the new Wifi was installed everyone in the family could do their video calls, phone call, music lessons etc without interruption from internet problems. Check out the picture of our speeds now!

I called Cloud 9AV to help me with my Control 4 system that I was experiencing difficulties. Also I was aware that Control 4 had released their latest user software platform which I wanted implemented.

I reached out to Jeffery and was impressed with his willingness to get me out of a jam. His teams schedule was full but he asked Derek to come by the house to get an assessment of where the problems lay and what other improvements I would like to have implemented.

Between the quotation period and actually starting the work I had some major equipment issues/failures and Derek was able to help me on the fly after hours as well as from on the road to Montreal. I was impressed to say the least.

When it came to do the install a team of Cloud 9AV guys showed up to install the equipment. Derek followed up to do the programming.

Being totally reliant on a house system can be a rewarding experience or nightmare. So getting the Control 4 system minute details right makes all the difference.

What I discovered the hard way is that the purchase & installation of a Control 4 system is only part A. Part B including programing and after sales service is EVERYTHING!

Thanks to Jeffrey, Derek and the entire Cloud9AV team for ironing out my system issues, fixing the programming and getting me up and running with the latest software.
