Access Storage - East York

This was and is the best storage facility in the area. My family used this facility years ago and now with the renovations, friendly staff, and amazing prices it CAN"T be BEAT!! Thanks you Access Storage for making a big mission a lot more smooth and positive!

24 hour access is great. Dollies avail., elevators work. When my friend rented there he was coming from out of town at the end of the day. Traffic was terrible and wouldn't make it before office closed so he called and they stayed open for almost an hour later for him!! They were polite, professional when he finally got there, not ticked off at all!!!

Amazing customer service! Great location, Great units at a reasonable cost, clean and neat facility, and very friendly staffs. Bianca and the other lady was extremely helpful and very professional. I will definitely recommend this establishment to people I know.

Use at your own risk. Shady policy. Says, they will cut your lock with or without notice to force their way in, and not allowed to put more than one lock, or get fined, and asks you to waive your rights. Also, the door latches seem easily breakable, or easily forcibly breakable by the company, if they decide to forcefully enter with or without notice or warning. I do recall better policies in other storage places. BEWARE. Also, some lockers are unclean, or has holes.

Amazing Customer Service! This is the place to rent a storage space from. Their prices are great and facilities are super clean. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first viewed other storage companies nearby and found the other companies to be over priced and didn't offer the option of indoor storage as Access Storage 40 Beth Nealson did at the price we could afford. I highly recommend using Access Storage for long-term or short-term storage rentals.
