I’ve been training weekly with Tom for 7 years in a condo setting. First in-suite, he helped figure out space saving but highly effective strength training equipment and exercises. And, then in a fully stacked condo gym. As a lifelong active person, I am stronger today than I’ve ever been thanks to Tom. Tom has knowledgeably and creatively adapted my training around my body, not a prescriptive routine, resulting in targeted modifications for overall physical conditioning and strength. Every workout is different and progressive over time. His calm demeanor brings out your best effort regardless of the day. Highly recommend!
