Lisa Jo, Karyn and their crew did an amazing job on my antique dining room chairs. Lisa Jo helped me pick out beautiful fabric for the chairs and the workmanship is outstanding. I actually had tears in my eyes when I picked up my chairs, they looked so wonderful. It is great to have the set complete again.
They contacted me each time something needed to be discussed so there were no hidden costs. Professional to a T.

Lisa Jo and her team are honestly the best upholsters I know. I've tried another company and was disappointed. I love old pieces with a story and character and so for me, I only want the best working on them. Aside from being amazing at upholstering, Lisa Jo has fantastic taste and has helped me SO much with both picking the right look/fabric for pieces AND has even helped me tremendously with where to get fabric. They've even helped me figure out how to upholster some simple dining chairs on my own! On top of that, I had a chair done by them 3 years ago and they used a side of the fabric that wasn't what we wanted (which side we wanted was not discussed) and she turned the fabric around for us at no extra charge! And the chairs looked AMAZING! Basically, if you want QUALITY work, they are the best! If you're looking to reupholster because you were going to 'save' money, you obviously haven't done your homework, nor do you understand the costs of labour etc. You need to own a business to appreciate and truly know about the costs involved. So if you're hoping to save money, DO NOT reupholster!! Yes, it is cheaper to buy new 'cheap' furniture. But it'll likely cost you just as much to buy a well-made, high quality piece of furniture. So again, if you're looking for quality, amazing service, helpfulness and someone with fantastic taste, in my opinion, they are the best in town! It's a shame reading some of these other negative reviews, because I didn't have that experience at all and quite the opposite actually!

After much research decided to physically go into the store for more information as this was the first time I was thinking upholstering anything.
Wonita (sp?) was extremely helpful and informative. Gave an estimate. Overall I got a good feeling and decided to have my sofa upholstered with them.
I didn't regret my decision!!

I had 2 Danish teak period chairs and a sofa refinished here. The work was excellent and I am so delighted that these pieces can now take pride of place in my living room. I would get more work done here in a heartbeat. These are not bargain basement prices, but you most definitely get what you pay for--fantastic service and craftsmanship!

We have had two heirloom pieces reupholstered by Princess Perfect and are very pleased with both. They outsource the painting to a gentlemen who is very accommodating. He used milk paint at our request even though he doesn't normally work with it. He checked in frequently and shared pictures of the piece at various stages of the painting to ensure we were happy with the direction and that it was in keeping with our vision. The upholstery work is very well done as well!
