Went in with low expectations and was surprised to have a great retail experience here. Zafeer helped us out and he was very pleasant and helpful.

We bought our secind mattress from Sleep Country Danforth. The selection of matresses is good. The sales clerk was caring and attentive. The only thing tbat wasn't good was the delivery. When the truck got here the driver seemed abrupt and was unwilling to take the mattress upstairs. His coworker saved the day and helped me take it to the bedroom.

I purchased 2 mattresses and some pillows here and I honestly had such a great experience. Ranko answered all our questions, recommended trying all the beds and was superbly patient with us. If you are going to go to this store, ask for Ranko. He is truly really nice and sincere. Does not up sell you. The delivery men were not that great! But the sales team was amazing so I am still giving 5 stars to this store!
