(April 3, 2019, 2:42 am)Chef Tula is legit! Came here with a friend who is also from Hong Kong. Had fried chicken wings and spicy eggplant on rice. Wings were juicy; nicely marinated with great flavour without any sauce. Eggplant was fresh, lightly fried and not greasy, with just the right amount of spice to go with the rice.
Had a good chat with Chef Tula about his background at various kitchens around town. Look forward to coming back and trying other dishes like Singaporean fried vermicelli & spicy squid!
