My name is Diego S. Cariaga Lema and I am the owner of Cariaga Law in Toronto. I was born in Bolivia and raised in both Bolivia and the United States of America. I am perfectly fluent in both English and Spanish.
I have a total of three law degrees from different jurisdictions. I first obtained an LL.B in European, International and Comparative Law from the University of Sheffield in England. Thereafter, upon completing a dual degree program I obtained my J.D. in Law from the University of Windsor in Canada, as well as a J.D. in Law from the University of Detroit Mercy in the United States of America.
My firm Cariaga Law proudly serves a diverse clientele across the Greater Toronto Area. Cariaga Law is easily accessible for my clients around the Greater Toronto Area as it is just a few minutes away from both Kipling and Islington subway stations.
Cariaga Law's rates are highly competitive and I pride myself in resolving matters for my clients as much as possible out of court. At times it is necessary to resort to court actions and applications, but due to the high costs and stress associated with these proceedings I prefer to use them as a last resort. I believe in a spirit of cooperation with all parties, but if necessary to fight for my clients in court I do so zealously.

The best part was that I was never left waiting to see if something was delayed, he always kept me in the loop with a quick email informing me of timelines and also only needed to meet in person the bare minimum. Would use him again for any other legal issues.
