As a first time home buyer who bought a brand new townhouse straight from the builder, we could not have chosen a better lawyer for our purchase. Our closing was December 18 but my builder was slow and unorganized so they only had the documents prepared the day before. Despite receiving the documents less than 24 hours before closing and while I was on holiday on the other side of Canada to boot, Domenic executed the closing diligently and smoothly.
