After noticing a leak inside my basement and having several estimates from different companies, I decided to go with Drobot construction and I'm sure glad I did. Upon the first visit/estimate Nazar was very knowledgeable, professional and very upfront about the project price and timeframe. Himself and his team showed up punctually daily and were very friendly and courteous! The project was completed within the deadline with expert finesse and cleanliness. I hired Drobot Construction to do an underpinning with a walkout entrance to the basement. They gave me a great price, there was no surprise from the estimate to the actual cost of the project. I had some injuries during the project and they went the extra mile for me doing extras like taking care of taking my garbage bins etc which made my life a lot easier. They were friendly, approachable and very professional. They showed up every business day unlike other contractors who take your money and you don't see them for 3-4 months, if at all. I would highly recommend them for anyone doing some kind of project for their homes and I will hire them again if another project comes along.
