Empower Home Comfort

Very pleased with the work. The guys were on time, very courteous, did the installation in a timely manner, answered all our questions and cleaned up everything after they finished the job.

We are doing renovation in our house and had to relocate our Air Conditioner to accommodate other works being done in the backyard. Our Air Conditioner was very old and we decided to replace it with a new high efficiency Air Conditioner as well. We called Empower Home Comfort based on the amazing experience we had with them a few years ago when we replaced our furnace. They've kept up the good work and their customer service is still amazing and rewarding. Ray and Misagh showed up on time, explained the work, did the work with full attention and zero waste of time, tested the unit, and cleaned up at the end. I would hire them again for my HVAV needs and highly recommend them to others.

I had a rocky start, but was impressed that the company took charge of the issues I raised and dealt with all of them. To me that is what is important because there will always be the occasional installation where things don't go as we all plan. In my mind the measure of a company is how they perform when this happens. Empower did well.

All company members were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Tommy Duong in sales was thorough in providing information regarding the product and service. Installers Behzad and Mehdi were proficient and conscientious with the installation. They did a great job with such a complex and challenging task.

Today I got Rennai tankless water heater. The guy name Farzad and his coworker came. They did an awesome job. After performing 10 hours of extreme labour they finished the job in my compact furnace room. I appreciate and highly recommend Empower Home comfort.
