Great to deal with, fair and transparent in every way at every step. I can't think of anyway this could have been a better experience. Picked up from my car in front of their office, dropped off at my house (I live close by - might not apply to all). Battery replacement and full internal / fan clean. System runs much more quietly on top of a brand new Apple battery. Etobicoke location - go there, use and support these people.

Ari was great over the phone, and very professional. Did exactly what he thought my Mac needed and it’s running like new or even better! Pricing was competitive and had it done within 24hrs so I could get back to work! The free pick up and drop off is such added value!

The repair was done quickly and the rate was more than reasonable. I have dealt with a number of Mac repair places and it seems every little thing is $700+. Not the case with GTA. These guys are helpful, knowledgeable and will make sound recommendations on how to get your device running well at the lowest possible cost.
