The staff found a simple, effective solution for my phone's charging port issue, and offered tips on how to prevent it from happening again. Friendly, fast service. I hope I never have to use their services again, but if I do, I'll be confident going back. Thank you!
(November 10, 2018, 4:12 am)I went in because my charging port wasn't working expecting either nothing could be done or it would cost too much to be worthwhile. The staff was very nice and within 15 minutes they had cleaned my port at no charge. I couldn't have been happier with the service.

I was dealing with hell from my new phone and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me change over my info from android to iPhone. On top of that they helped save money and were very knowledgeable about hardware issues my previous nexus was done in by. Muhammad is the manager and he is fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and willing to be candid and frank with the customer. Rarely have I ever had such a fantastic customer experience!!! Highly recommend their service. I know where I will be going in the future when I have technological issues. 10/10
