I took the Basic keelboat course with zero prior sailing experience and it was a great experience. Bryant and Steve are excellent instructors and were always helpful. Overall a fantastic experience and a great way to enjoy outdoor activity on the lake.

I like the shop. Very good choice and prices for outdoor activities. Never overcrowded. Staff is friendly and helpful, but not annoying. What else?

Bryant and Steve are exceptional instructors. I had zero boating/sailing experience before taking the Basic Keelboat course with them. They were thorough and patient during the course and the experience was fantastic. Definitely will refer friends and families to their courses.

I took the Starter Package at Humber Bay Sailing Centre and found it to be a very instructive program. I didn't own a boat so I added a one month sailing pass which gave me access to the Boat Share fleet and I was able to continue to practice learning my sailing skills on the Centre's keelboats.
They offer a formal mentoring program on Tuesday and Thursday evenings which allowed me to learn new skills while being mentored for free by more experienced skippers who volunteer their time at the Centre.
This is a terrific place to learn to sail and then continue to sail with a bunch of really great people.
