(October 7, 2017, 1:42 pm)I had severe lower back ache from post partum pregnancy. My Registered massage therapist Erica was amazing. I received one hour of full body back massage and front shoulder and neck massage. I started to notice the result only after the 2nd day when I no longer felt the pain while doing my daily chores. She also gave me a few tips on what type of excercise to do during my free time.
