The kids' programs completely transformed my daughters and gave them a lot of confidence. They are missing their time at Xtreme during the pandemic.

If you want to get in Shape or learn a new skill (self defence), don't look anywhere else and just head straight to this place. Dont think twice. Just meet Jerry or Bobby there and you are set!

By far the best Management! The staff from the janitors to the trainers are incredible. I'm an introvert and its the only gym I've ever felt comfortable in. So thank you Xtreme Couture!!!
