Let me tell you, because everyone at this place is so damn knowledgeable, I got my freaking butt kicked, because they walked me through every exercise step by step, and made sure I was doing everything correctly, I actually used the right muscles, and now my whole body is on fire. The workouts were challenging, and got me moving, and even with prior injuries, they had no problem modifying the exercises, so that I still felt like I was accomplishing something, without injuring myself further.

My significant other and I were in town visiting family, and had decided to check these gals out, thinking it would be fun to do together, and maintain an exercise regiment while we were away, and I'm so glad we did.
