We have nothing but gratitude following our experience at this dental office. We took our 6 week old little girl for a consult for her tongue tie. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and put us right at ease. The tongue tie release procedure was completed same day and our baby is so much more content - feeding like a champ and far less gassy. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning again as our girl grows up.

We had to get an emergency appointment booked for my son a month ago. Until the appointment at 6.5 months, no one knew how bad of a tongue tie he had. When we got there we found out it was an anterior and posterior tie. Dr Gep and Dr Chan worked together and dealt with the tie while the lactation consultant, Helen Marshall spoke with us. Their team followed up constantly to ensure proper healing. I'd definitely go back to them for any other issues!

I found Helen in a Facebook group for oral ties support and she was very open to helping me out. With the pandemic, she was able to get me an appointment within a few days to revise my sons’ anterior and posterior ties at the dentist clinic she works at. She provided really great pre-op and post-op advice and support.
She made herself available anytime I was worried. I’d definitely reach out to her again if I need to! My now go-to lactation consultant!
